Tip #54: Update Your Sites

Technology changes rapidly. Two years ago when I developed my Leslie DuBois and Sybil Nelson websites tablets and smartphones weren't as popular. Now many people access the internet on those devices. So I had to make sure my websites were compatible with those. I've spent the past week installing html "responsive" themes to both of those websites. This means that on no matter what device my websites are viewed, they should look pretty good. I think as general practice it is a good idea to completely revamp your site every year or two in order to keep things fresh.
