Since I contact a lot of schools about my books, I often get asked for my book order form. Schools have to have some sort of paper trail any time they want to buy something for their school. So I thought I’d show you what I came up with for a book order form so that you can create your own if need be.

Great idea. I had one made but it didn't have the pictures of my covers since I have more than 3 books and needed to get everything listed. Do you have yours printed up somewhere or do you print them on your own computer? - Probably can run to staples and print up for next to noghtin although with the color maybe not; might could print them as fliers through vistaprint for nothing for 25 of them or whatever their freebie offer is at the time. Thanks for sharing - E :)
